Nellie Heller
Nellie Heller is an associate attorney with Watkins, Pawlick, Calati & Prifti. Her practice focuses on employee benefits law and representing Taft-Hartley plans. She assists clients in regulatory compliance, reviewing governmental filings, and ERISA collection matters.
Nellie graduated from the University of Michigan-Flint (B.A. in English) where she maintained a 4.0 grade point average, landing her on the Dean’s List for all four years. She received her Juris Doctor cum laude from Wayne State University Law School in 2025, where she participated in the Journal of Business Law as an article contributor and in the Moot Court oral argument competition.
During law school she worked as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Richard Ball and Hon. Mark Latchana in Genessee County. Nellie has also worked for Wayne State’s Business and Community Law Clinic, where she assisted Detroit-area small businesses and non-profit organizations with a community-oriented focus.
She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.
