Our Michigan Labor Attorneys

Watkins, Pawlick, Calati & Prifti's labor practice provides labor organizations, both international unions and their affiliated locals, with progressive, vigorous and effective representation on every conceivable legal matter that they may encounter. We provide advice, counseling and representation to many Michigan unions in:

  • proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and the Michigan Employment Relations Commission,
  • proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Michigan Department of Civil Rights,
  • negotiations, grievance arbitration and Act 312 (compulsory arbitration) proceedings,; and
